At Vuong Farms, we start by carefully hand picking the fruit to only pluck the completely ripe red fruits. Since we strive for absolute consistency and excellence in preparation, harvested coffee is always carefully inspected for defects or green beans. Vuong farms employs primarily organic processes, with synthetic pesticides considered only as a last resort.
